The Sicilian Thing Pizza exists because of the paucity of Sicilian Style Pizza in San Diego. You may see a plethora of NY Style thin crust because a very good one opened its doors in 1997 and many copies popped up all over town. We wanted to actually be different and offer a taste of our heritage that came from the island of Sicily. Another reason why we opened Sicilian Thing Pizza is because there was no TV at Paul’s old job.
